Family Pictures 2012

A few weeks ago we did our family pictures. I was  going to just set up my tripod, but my wonderful SIL Tara offered to come and take them with my camera. It was much better having Tara behind the lens to get my kids to look at her. I love how they turned out. I had fun picking out our outfits for the our pictures.  Here are my favorites:

I  can’t believe Thomas is turning 8 soon! He is such a good kid.

 

Kaylee had so much fun picking out the accessories to wear. She is such a pretty little thing!

Matthew is just my little charmer. He has his preschool teacher wrapped around his finger.

Averi is definitely the baby of the family. She has such a cute pouty face.

I love this picture of my twins, Kaylee & Matthew. I love when they get along, they have a cute relationship. I love how they act together.

Gabe and Molly {engagement pictures}

My baby brother Gabe just got engaged. We got to meet Molly last week and LOVE her! They make a great couple and I am so excited for them. I got to take their engagement pictures while she was visiting. Gabe is spending the summer here doing an internship at the state supreme court so they won’t be together until just before they get married. I’ve decided I love taking engaged couples pictures, they are just so happy and so in love and fun to photograph. I’m putting my favorites here so Molly can see them while she waits to get her disc in the mail with all them images. We had a lot of fun. It was great to spend time with Molly and Gabe. Hope these tide you over Molly!

Madison’s Photo-shoot

Pam asked me to take some pictures of Maddy. We’ve been trying to do it for months and finally made the time to do it over spring break. I took a lot of pictures and had fun editing them. Here are some of my favorites!

Maddy is such a fun girl and has a cute sense of style for an 8 year old. Her favorite show is Project Runway!

I’m really enjoying learning more about my camera and shooting in manual mode. I am also loving my 50mm lens {finally!}

Oscar & Tara Engagement/Family Session {Benton, Arkansas Photographer}

My older brother Oscar is getting married in June! We are so excited to have Tara joining our family. She asked if I would take some engagement {and family} pictures for them. I was happy to oblige!! 

I set Oscar & Tara up back in September. It was kind of funny to call her and see if she would want to go out with my brother {kinda felt like high school or something}.  I decided if I could choose his wife {this time} I’d choose someone I liked and got along with. Well they hit it off and the rest is history! She is so much fun and so good with the kids. Ada Belle & Oscar adore her. We are all so excited to have another sister {who likes doing crafty things} joining our family! Here are just some of the pictures I took of them. These are my favorites.
