For those that aren't on Facebook or just haven't heard we are moving to Little Rock. Jim accepted a job with a small actuarial firm there and we will be leaving Texas for the Natural State. Jim had been looking into a new job and just decided to call this firm in Little Rock. Turned out they were thinking about hiring someone at his level so he went there to interview (one of the reasons for our trip a few weeks ago). He got an offer on Tuesday and accepted it Wednesday. So now we are trying to get our house ready to sell. Luckily it doesn't need much work, just a lot of de-cluttering and tidying up-which is really easy to do with 4 little ones underfoot! We are very excited to be moving closer to family. My parents are in Hot Springs, Os & Dollie are in the Malvern area and Pam & Micha should be moving to Little Rock in August. We have never lived by family, we've always been on our own. The kids are so excited to be closer to Grandma & Grandpa DeVaux and Otis and their cousins. Thomas just wants to live with my parents :) I don't know if any of us could handle that for long.
We are so sad to be leaving all of our wonderful friends here in DFW. We've been here in the area since February 2001 and I really thought we'd stay here forever. We've given this a lot of thought and prayer and know the Lord wants us in Arkansas. So there it is...
