Fun FHE

Jim got home from work last night and thought it would be fun to take the kids swimming.So I called Brandy to see if we could borrow their pool key (their neighborhood has a ton of pools ours doesn't have one) she was happy to oblige. We swam for about an hour. The floats worked pretty good. Matthew didn't really like the blue one, the yellow one is a little more stable. Kaylee loved putting her face in the water and trying to drink the water (she does this in the bath as well). Matthew just wanted to get out and crawl in the baby pool, Kaylee too; but it was rough and scratched their knees. We'll see if I'm brave enough to go by my self when our relief society starts doing their weekly swimming play dates next week.
We couldn't get Thomas to sit still for a picture. He had a blast. He loved his new life jacket and felt pretty confident in the water. When we got there he waited for me to get in with Kaylee then he jumped in and his head went under. It scared him a little, but he didn't breathe in any water so he was okay.
We went to the Dr. this morning for an ear check to make sure their ear infections had cleared up. Kaylee was all clear and Matthew had a little fluid in his ears so we'll go back in a few weeks to make sure it is gone. After the Dr's appt. we headed to the mall so Thomas could play at the indoor playground. We grabbed Chik-Fil-A for lunch and all shared some chicken nuggets. This was Kaylee & Matthew's first time to have pieces of the nuggets and they loved them, of course!

Thomas has to eat his fries first, then his nuggets. He does a great job of staying by me at the mall and entertaining Matthew & Kaylee.
