Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas Eve at Grandma & Grandpa DeVaux’s house.

Kaylee and Livy had fun doing puzzles together. Thomas and Maddy played cards and hung out.

Dad got a beef tenderloin for dinner. Micha cooked it to perfection following Alton Brown’s recipe. It was so yummy! Nothing is better than a good piece of red meat!

Waiting for a little taste…

Here’s the spread…Green bean casserole, Christmas potatoes, cornbread stuffing, rolls, tenderloin (the star of the show), turkey breast, spinach salad and sautéed zucchini and squash.

We fed the kids first so we could enjoy our dinner.

Averi loves Otis. He likes the attention she gives him.

Everyone loves Averi!

We opened the cousin presents and gifts from G & G DeVaux. Averi was most excited about having a box to stand on. She didn’t really care about what was in it!

We had a fun Christmas Eve. It was a nice day and all the kids fell asleep on the way home.
