Merry Christmas!

Here’s our Christmas card for this year. I made it at Shutterfly. If you read the blog, you know what has been going on with us, but I’ve included the letter we sent as well.

2010 Anderson Happenings

It has been another year full of changes for us. The biggest change was moving from Roanoke, Texas to Benton, Arkansas. Jim got a job with a small actuarial firm in Little Rock and we made the move the first of June. We were sad to leave all of friends in Texas, but couldn’t pass up the chance to be closer to Marji’s family. We found a great house to rent until our house in Texas sells. We love it here and are so grateful we were able to move. Our kids love having cousins and grandparents close by.

Thomas started Kindergarten this fall and loves it. He is doing really well in school and has made lots of friends. He is starting basketball soon and is excited to try out a new sport. We found out Kaylee has a cleft pallet and she has started on speech therapy. She is talking so much better now. We are hoping her speech will improve and we can avoid surgery. She is a little mother to Averi and a good helper to Marji. Kaylee loves to take care of everybody! Matthew thinks he is a Jedi most days and tries to use the force on everybody. He has lots of spunk and always makes everyone laugh with his funny faces and cute dances. Averi is a joy to have in our family. She just turned one and has been walking since she was 9 months old! She is a happy little girl who follows her big brothers and sister around all day trying to keep up with them. Jim loves his new job. He is enjoying the smaller company (8 people) and the more laid back office. He is working with the young men at church and is looking forward to camping more in the beautiful Arkansas outdoors. Marji loves having her family close by. She has made some good friends and stays busy with the kids and the house. She finds time for book club and blogging and learning more about her DSLR camera and Photoshop.

We are grateful for the blessings of the Savior this Christmas Season and wish all of our friends and family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Love,

Jim, Marji, Thomas, Kaylee, Matthew and Averi Anderson

I love your card and even though I keep up with you on a daily basis it was fun to read all about you.
Merry Christmas.
