Grandma and Jim brought the kids up to meet Averi yesterday. It was so cute. Thomas came earlier with Jim and ejoyed some one on one time. He did a great job holding her and was very interested in everything in the hospital room, inspecting things and asking questions. Kaylee and Matthew were a whirlwind when they got here. They were both so excited to see Averi and hold her. They had to wait for her to finish eating. Luckily we had some food to distract them with. Kaylee wanted to to be the first one to hold Averi and she didn't want to stop. It was just so sweet. She kept saying "My Turn"
Matthew was next, since Thomas had held her earlier. He was sweet as well. Before they left he was holding her and singing songs to her. It was the cutest ever, I wish we had gotten video of it.
Thomas is enjoying his role as the oldest in the family and is helping Grandma at home with Kaylee & Matthew
Jim was able to come back after dinner and enjoyed some bonding time with Averi while watching football and snoozing.
I should be in the hospital until Monday and go home then. It is nice having time with Averi, she is such a good, sweet baby. It is nice to know my kids are being taken care of by my mom and Jim.

Soooo cute! It looks like her siblings will be very welcoming to her! Enjoy that sweet little baby and give her big hugs and kisses from her Aunt, Uncle and cousins!
