I made these brownies last week and they are my new favorite thing and they are super easy to make (otherwise I wouldn't have time to do them!) Here's the recipe:
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies
1 box brownie mix (for a 9x13 pan)
1 pouch Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix
1 container chocolate frosting
- Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Make brownie batter as directed on box and spread in pan.
- Make cookie dough as directed on pouch. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons evenly onto brownie batter, press down lightly
- Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side comes out clean. Cool completely (about 1 hour). Frost with Frosting.
When Jim had one, he said, they're all right, but not something I'd pig out on, he changed his mind after having a couple of them :) Those Betty Crocker cookie pouches are the best! My favorite is the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies. They are so yummy! I always keep a few in my cupboard for a cookie emergency!

I made these tonight. Romans brother Joel is enlisting in the Army tomorrow and he and his wife came over to say goodbye. We had these with a scoop of vanilla icecream and they were marvelous! Everyone loved them! Thanks for sharing that simple recipe!
