Yummy Brownies

I made these brownies last week and they are my new favorite thing and they are super easy to make (otherwise I wouldn't have time to do them!) Here's the recipe:
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownies
1 box brownie mix (for a 9x13 pan)
1 pouch Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix
1 container chocolate frosting
  1. Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan. Make brownie batter as directed on box and spread in pan.
  2. Make cookie dough as directed on pouch. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons evenly onto brownie batter, press down lightly
  3. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side comes out clean. Cool completely (about 1 hour). Frost with Frosting.
When Jim had one, he said, they're all right, but not something I'd pig out on, he changed his mind after having a couple of them :) Those Betty Crocker cookie pouches are the best! My favorite is the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies. They are so yummy! I always keep a few in my cupboard for a cookie emergency!

I made these tonight. Romans brother Joel is enlisting in the Army tomorrow and he and his wife came over to say goodbye. We had these with a scoop of vanilla icecream and they were marvelous! Everyone loved them! Thanks for sharing that simple recipe!
